Restaurant Oliv's in Starnberg

Good, but unfortunately not anymore. Meat had been frozen and a little too salty, like the fish. Not appropriate for the price.

A nice restaurant in an excellent hotel. Parking garage available. Reservation worked very well. The service was very friendly and courteous. The tables are beautifully and neatly set, as you would like them to be. The dishes were well to very well prepared. We would love to come back next time with an overnight stay in this beautiful hotel! A clear recommendation!

Food was of good quality, service was unfortunately not optimal, possibly a bad day for the waitress.

The food was great. The service rather 3 stars. Our starter was forgotten, less wine poured in than specified and napkins were only available on request - presumably all due to a bad day that everyone has. The ambience and especially the selection of wines were really great.

Excellent food and ambience

During our stay at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, we were twice in the restaurant Oliv's. The food and the service is really great and at a not cheap but reasonable price. We had the choice between a given 4-course menu or à la carte food. We tried both and were very satisfied and would go back here anytime. So a clear RECOMMENDATION for those who want to enjoy good food and can. Many thanks also to the restaurant for the two wonderful evenings.

You are reasonably disappointed, if you at the reservation-and that was very good-may hear that you on the gluten and Lakroseintoleranz in the kitchen during the visit set up, but in the restaurant then nothing of it arrived. We are in the hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, gluten-free bread should not be ordered there extra for us from the bakery. When ordering then again the hint. Nevertheless, the breadbasket comes standard. In a good restaurant, when ordering, you immediately register that you have soup as an appetizer, so have a spoon. This is only brought here when the soup is already in front of me. , , The food, both the risotto, as well as the Wirsingstrudel are too salty. My red wine had cork and the non-alcoholic beer is a Warsteiner, the only one that really does not taste (which of course is a matter of taste). The visit was a birthday present and the Schenker felt visibly uncomfortable. That was really sad.

Located on the ground floor of the hotel. Were here for dinner. All dishes were sold with a very beautiful design. They took boar meat, very tender, I liked it. Tasty dessert. Polite, pleasant service of waiters. A good place for dinner, especially if you stay at the same hotel.
